Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page and description thoroughly prior to purchasing any of our digital products. To support you with making a great decision free product samples are available for each resource that the user is able to download without charge to consider the quality and suitability of the purchase prior to fully committing to a purchase should they wish to. These can be found in our 'Buy resources' area and then by clicking on the 'free sample' button besides each product.

As our products are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

You purchased two of the same product accidentally

We'll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s) upon proof of purchase.

 

There is a technical problem with the product

First, please reach out with specific information about the technical issue. We aim to resolve this by sending new digital products where possible to replace the files that are not working. Most of our products require access to Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader or suitable converters. Please be aware of this prior to trying to open and use any of our digital products. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, please let us know. The digital files will be downloaded and saved to your downloads folder, unless you have a different specified location in your computer preferences.

 

The product was misrepresented in the description

We consider an item to be "misrepresented" when the delivered item does not match the described function in the product description, or when an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality, appearance or usability of an item for your intended customer (students).

 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

 

You (or the purchaser) no longer need the purchased product.

You found another product you like better from our site, or you have changed your mind about your purchase.

​

You don’t have sufficient expertise or staffing to effectively use the product.

 

You don’t have the correct software (described in section above) to open and edit the product. Software requirements may be listed one of several ways, including "Compatible with" information below the product screenshot, file type, or product description.

 

You bought an item on accident, and our system shows that the product was successfully downloaded.

 

You feel that the item is of low quality or not comparable to what you were hoping despite our confidence that our products are highly cost effective interventions.

 

You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service. Our files are small and so this is unlikely to cause an issue.

 

You claim the basic item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue. Where this is the case a second copy of the same digital product will be sent to you instead.

 

Your product purchase was made over 30 days ago.
