Teaching is getting harder and more frustrating for all involved.

Pupils are becoming increasingly more difficult to engage; many suffering with anxiety, complex SEMH needs or passive attitudes. These same pupils are struggling to attend consistently and failing to thrive academically. Teachers and support staff are the people tasked with dealing with the fall out.

Without a clear and compelling vision for their life your pupils will continue to struggle with attendance, be increasingly challenging to teach and fail to make expected progress. All of which is no fun for anyone.

Our rules when creating resources

1. No planning required to deliver

Teachers and support staff are busy. We do the work so they don't have to.

2. Regular school day

Each resource is designed to fit into the regular school day (e.g. assemblies, form time, extra curricular days).

3. Student voice

Whenever possible we write in the student voice and speak directly to pupils. It makes it easy for staff to use and for pupils to engage with.

4. DREAM Big

All resources are there to help raise pupils' aspirations by learning how to discover and secure their DREAM future.

5. Practical and Fun

All resources are inspiring, practical in application and very fun to use for both staff and students. No hints of boredom allowed.

All resources must be highly effective interventions and provide excellent value for money.
